Subscriptions and Payment Plan Policy

These Payment Plan Terms govern subscription billing, installment payments, and recurring charges for protocols and memberships purchased from PeptidesQ, Inc. ("PeptidesQ"). By enrolling in a multi-month plan you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

How subscription billing works

When you select a 1, 3, or 6-month plan, the price shown is the per-month rate billed across the full term you chose. The first charge occurs when your prescribing clinician approves your protocol and your first shipment is released. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of the month for the duration of your selected term.

Automatic renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate for the same cadence, unless you cancel or change your plan at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order. Any change made inside the 48-hour window applies to the following cycle.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support. Because compounded and prescription products are dispensed to a single patient, orders that have already been shipped are non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. PeptidesQ may, at its sole discretion, issue partial credits for verified pharmacy or shipping errors.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the card on file and notify you by email. Prescriptions will not be dispensed while an account is past due. Accounts that remain unpaid after 15 days may be paused or cancelled and referred for collection as permitted by law.

Price changes

PeptidesQ may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. New pricing takes effect on your next renewal after that notice period. Continuing your subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Reassessment and continued care

Continued fulfillment is contingent on an active, valid prescription. Your prescribing clinician may require a reassessment after 5 refills or 12 months, whichever comes first, before authorizing further shipments.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Payment Plan Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
