These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeptidesQ website, membership platform, and services provided by PeptidesQ, Inc. ("PeptidesQ"). By creating an account or purchasing a protocol you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter contracts. Certain protocols have additional clinical eligibility requirements determined by your prescribing clinician.
Nature of services
PeptidesQ connects members with independently licensed clinicians for evaluation and, when appropriate, prescriptions dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies. PeptidesQ is not itself a medical practice or pharmacy and does not practice medicine. The clinician-patient relationship is between you and the treating clinician.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity on your account.
Billing and subscriptions
Fees, billing cadence, cancellation windows, and refund rules for subscriptions are described in the Payment Plan Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No medical advice through content
Educational content on the site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your specific situation.
Prohibited conduct
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or transfer any prescribed product; misrepresent your identity or medical history; attempt to access other members' data; or use the platform to violate any law.
Intellectual property
The PeptidesQ name, logo, site content, and software are owned by PeptidesQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidesQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PeptidesQ in the six months preceding the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
