Information you submit during medical intake, consultations, and follow-up care is Protected Health Information and is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest and is accessible only to authorized clinicians and staff involved in your care.

How we use information

We use your information to evaluate eligibility, provide clinical services, dispense and ship prescribed products, process payments, communicate with you about your care, meet legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

Sharing

We share information with the licensed clinicians, partner pharmacies, laboratories, shipping carriers, payment processors, and technology vendors necessary to deliver your protocol, all under written confidentiality and, where applicable, business associate agreements. We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or other applicable law. Some information may be retained as required by recordkeeping laws or for legitimate business purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including AES-256-GCM encryption for PHI, access controls, audit logging, and idle-session timeouts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
