GLP-1 / GIP + B12 combines a dual incretin agonist — active at both the GLP-1 and GIP receptors — with methylcobalamin. Working on two receptors at once tends to produce stronger appetite control and a more pronounced metabolic effect than GLP-1 alone, while B12 is included to keep energy steady during the first weeks.
Mechanism of action

Side effects & considerations
Early GI effects — nausea, fullness, transient constipation or loose stools — are the most common. They are typically worst in the first few days after a dose increase. Less common: reflux, fatigue, dizziness. Not used in pregnancy or in members with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2.
