What it is

A daily sublingual drop that combines a GLP-1 with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). The GLP-1 component supports appetite and post-meal glucose; NAD+ is a coenzyme central to mitochondrial energy production and is included for members who want metabolic support without weekly injections.

How it works

Mechanism of action

Held under the tongue for about 60 seconds, the drops are absorbed through the oral mucosa, partially bypassing first-pass metabolism. The GLP-1 component acts on the same satiety and glucose pathways as the injectable version, while NAD+ supports the enzymes (sirtuins, PARPs, and others) that maintain mitochondrial efficiency and cellular repair. Sublingual delivery is gentler on the GI tract than injection for some members.

Inside the vial

Actives & ingredients

  • Sublingual GLP-1 agonist, dose individualized
  • NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
  • Pharmaceutical-grade sublingual carrier
Safety

Side effects & considerations

Generally mild. Most reported effects are mild nausea or a metallic aftertaste during the first week. Sublingual GLP-1 delivers a lower systemic peak than injection, so GI effects are usually softer. Same contraindications as the injectable line: not for members with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, and not used in pregnancy.
